~We have closed our site to booking two appointments at once. If you would like to book two together, please book the first and then call or email us to add your plus 1. This ensures strangers don't accidentally book together on the website.
~We are spacing our clients apart both physically, and on our schedule per the CDC guidelines. This means we are limiting bookings to one client at a time. If you are living in the same household and want to book together we will allow that. Please make a note in your appointments that you live together.
~Our whitening techs will wear a face mask at all times.
~ If you have a face mask we strongly encourage you to wear it until you get seated in your chair, and are ready to start your treatment.
~We have enhanced cleaning protocols, and always disinfect after every client in our office.
~We require you to reschedule if you are not feeling well, or are showing any signs of illness.
~You will be required to call our office at 801-516-1548 upon arrival to our location. Our techs will answer the phone and inform you when to come in for your appointment. You will be greeted at the front door.
